We have spent millions for tribal development and most of it did not reach at the root level. The middle men looted the majority. On the other hand, NGO's and some religious organizations with vested interest penetrated into tribal areas and exploited their poverty and ignorance. Government should take strict measures to stop such type of exploitation. Preserving their beliefs, culture and rituals shall be a primary goal.

Focus on sports and personality building should be more rather than on studies... These things on one side are attractive among students also produce real intelligence and personnel for the nation.

Vocational training program mes will improve employability of tribal parents. Govt to provide scholarships, free education for children from tribal areas to enable these children complete their school education with no cost to their parents for paying school fees.Incase of tribal population in very remote areas Govt can create hostel facility for these children in nearby villages wherein tribal children can stay and complete school education.

Tribal population needs to be helped with providing them source of livelihood so that they dont have to pull their children out of schools and put them to work. Special quota can be created for tribal population in enrolling for MNREGA projects. Vocational training programmes to be conducted for tribal population by Govt agencies like KVIC, Skill Development Corporation etc. Tribal areas should have better connectivity nearby villages where their children can attend schools.

Dropout is caused due to poverty, burden of household responsibilities &stereotypes in society.Create jobs in their areas, bring targetted rozgar yojna for them, present tribal ppl with their achievemnts 2 the outer wrld instead of presenting dem as savage barbric uncivilised lot thru text books & electrnic media.More & more govt schools shuld open there.

dear sir, desh me shikshha me sudhar lane ke liye pahle yah pta karna chahiye ki kya karan he ki sarkari teacher 15000 se 40000 ki salary le kar bhi privet school teacher jo 1500 se 5000 ki salary leta se bekar teaching kar rah he. kai teacher ganvo me padane nahi jate. iska hal yeh he ki jin teacher ka jah niwas ho uska wahi trasfer kar de. avam jo new joining ki jaye wo usi ganv ke yogy ummidar ki jawe. isse teacher ke expenses me kami ayegi aor wah padane per dhyan dega.

Objectives of improving health, education and livelihood of scheduled tribes is good hence it could be measured over a period of time. Road connectivity between tribal villages and connectivity between developed nearby villages and towns to be created. Fruit Gardens can be formed and water facility for agriculture to be developed.Primary schools and Primary Health centers can be developed.Retired persons from the nearby villages(other than hill stations normally) to be identified as mentors
