India has all the resource and financially strong, and the government is also using and contributing to people.but it is not reaching to the people who need it. due to lack of careless by officers, politicians, employes, etc.(generally) actually the almost all type of facilities provided by government was going to these peoples.(generally for all who r doing like this)..prof: in india any politicians, officers, etc. are not poor(excluding only some people) almost all are rich....

To do anything, I think first step requires is to keep watch on the authorities. If teachers and administrators are not performing their duties properly, it will go in vain. We need loyal and sincere personalities with non-corruptible approach who can represent government in a right way.

To reduce dropout rate and increase ST literacy rates, the syllabus must be adapted to their needs and environment. Food, cloth and shelter are primary needs. More field trips to the forest and teach them the importance of preserving nature from encroachment is important. Training them in Bio farming is also a key step. Introduction of Agro-machinery in their region might be interesting and productive.

Most of the tribals live near the reserve forest area or inside the forest area. Forest watcher jobs must be reserved for tribals and use them as the guard of nature.

There should be a master plan for the development of each tribal area with primary focus to quality education, primary health protection and other basic infrastructure. Their land shall be protected with special rules so that other communities / people shall not be able to grab the ownership of their land with vested interests. Religious conversion should be prohibited by all means. Employment in tribal missions shall be reserved for the native people.

Majority of the Tribal are living in abject poverty mainly due to lack of education, infrastructure facilities, communications and above all health care. After 70 years of independence, there are areas which are not accessible and poor tribal people are being deprived of their rights to live in a dignified manner. The only solution is development of these areas through industrialization where these people should be made part of development and CSR fund is restricted to be used within such areas.
