Literacy rate can be enhanced by taking education at their doorstep. And employing tribal teachers would be of great help as they can connect easily with the native. The incentives for acquiring knowledge should be visible at each level like a primary level pass out will get this much scholarship or some title conferred on the pass outs in gram panchayat level honouring function to encourage more children even change in uniform colour may be helpful in inculcating sense of graduating.

Education system in trible area should be strengthen from primary level to university level. Free education and scholership may be provided to each student. Job opportunity in that area may be provided to peoples of that area only.
Litracy drive may also started for older peoples through students of that area or their wards.
Road , Electricty , Houses may be provided to all it may also help in increase of edcation.

Also, can we develop ‘tribal tourism’ on a larger scale where tourists can experience tribal life by becoming one of the tribesmen? Today we witness their arts, crafts, rituals etc. only from a distance. Being part of all this would be a different experience.

As far as tribal education is concerned emphasis should be on skill development in areas like sericulture, horticulture, production of medicinal herbs and other jungle products like honey, amber, snake venom etc. Syllabi should be prepared to enable them to work as tourist guides, wildlife photographers, animal trainers, zoologists and botanists.

Most Important part of any community, whether it is tribe or others, is "Education" . First of all there should be equal, simillar and unified education is must. For this, All the private and Public schools shoud be NATIONALISED. It's not that easy BUT it's very important for our country to be Developed one and to have robust growth by developing skills and talent of Indian children, who are not getting enough opportunity to nourish and flourish their talent.
