Education in tribal region does not have the same importance as in other ares. The education has lesser relevance in their culture. But some steps can still be thought of, like increasing age for free education for tribal people, or reducing the educational qualification criteria for tribal people. Tribal culture requires more of practical and active teachings rather than theoretical education. No. of schools in tribal regions can be increased, so can be the income of teachers teaching there.

Strict check on a) Starvation.b) utilization of time factors ( A hungry stomach can only think to quench her hunger first and for this has to work hard to earn his bread, and it coincided with the
time of schooling.)
c) must get rid of traditional path of society.
d) We must ensure 100% for their food, clothing and shelter, only then schooling and literacy be achieved. We Arogya Jan kalyan Sanstha,NGO has Witnessed these drawbacks which must be addresed. Udit.

Further I will like to add that total teaching stuff of class 1 to 12 can be divided in fourteen classes for low IQ students with lodging and boarding facility and in any case if any student is able to recover or find fit to main stream teaching i.e. class 1 to 12 education system due to his/her hard work can be transferred to the 1 to 12 class system by some crash course in holiday vacations. Our aim is not to load more education content on such student ,which alienate him from education.

Urban people have castes and religion. Rural people also possess these credentials. But tribes do not have these credentials. The how will we schedule them with quota and reservations. If we treat them as people with castes and religions then we can sort out the problems by knowing more about their interests rather than having a one size fits all policy of branding them as schedule tribes or schedule castes. Unfortunately there is no schedule as all NPA statistics are old and static.
