It starts with our own family. It is our responsibility to teach Moral Values, Rite & Rituals and Humanity to our children which helps them to be mentally strong and can become an optimistic which is more important now a days. When everyone is addicted to social media and influenced with other social negative things due to which they are becoming pessimistic.
As I mentioned in my other post in "Mann Ki Baat" Section for "Swachh Mansikta" which is more required for everyone in today's world.

I think choice of students should be the area of focus while choosing career . Showing them direction and monitoring should be the task of parents rest effort should be rest with students. Instead of focusing only on study other areas of personality development should be address as per the choice of children.. we need sound body as well as sound mind .so one should focus on playing, Exercise, hobby,Yoga and meditation during school curriculum. Parents support should complement the success.

All children are watching tv and mobile for online classes. children are not playing, they are not touching soil as we say that hands wil get dirty..we should some how free our children from tv and mobile and turn their attention towards other activities. one idea is insted of teaching children with lessons thru online, teachers shud ask them to do gardening, cooking and other lifeskills . for example teacher can ask a child to plant a vegetable and send photo . bring children close to nature.
