Sir, New BNS in place of CrPC is an excellent step which should be emphasised through podium. one step that could revitalise and drastically improve our judicial system would be disallowing adjournments sought by litigants by legal provision. To reduce the pendancy of cases, you may kindly consider announcing that hence forth in India, the justice will be delivered in a time bound manner. No more than 2 total adjournments to be allowed to either parties and even bench would not adjourn any case without assigning valid reason, which would be mentioned in daily orders. If the case is part heard, next date would not be later than 1 month. Another step required is stopping brain drain. Akin to the service bond for medical graduates and post graduates, your highness is requested to announce similar provisions for all professionals like CA, Engineers, Lawyers, IIM graduates to work in govt or charitable establishments for 1 to 2 years on stipend basis before getting the award of degrees

Adhar cards must include the blood group of the person. And must also display if they are registered organ donors. This will help the person in case of medical emergency and also help in establishing consent, quick organ recovery and transplant in case of untimely death. Regards. B. Jyoti Kiran IRS. Bhopal.

On this day of independence, the prime minister ought to support our trained teachers and encourage other qualified teachers from private schools and those with subject-matter expertise to teach in local government schools. The state government should treat private school teachers with respect and provide them with the same facilities as government teachers, as they will be teaching at government schools and taking part in cultural and other events under this program. In addition, their financial situation will improve and they will have the chance to participate in a variety of government-sponsored programs based on their standing and level of respect. at present time, there is No scheme for private teachers. They are not under unorganized workers ,NO other benefit opted to him by central or State govt. Need to promotes new policy for CBSE based private teachers for his financial growth and make a strong country .

Mobile addiction in children is a big challenge before the nation. Ways and means to address the same and also to implement it at grass roots level require comprehensive planning. Hope PM will educate the kids as well as parents during Independence Day speech. Second suggestion is the vulnerability of Power generation Dams. We need to a have a comprehensive plan to decommission the old Dams like Mullaperiyar and SOP on disaster management incase of Dam collapse. Thirdly need to revamp the existing education policies. It heartening to note that Modi Govt has already taken steps to address the issue. National integration is the key for development and peace in the country. To ensure that divisions in the educational system by state, caste and religion wise should be discouraged. Madrassa education must be stopped immediately. It is not easy to stop reservations abruptly but slowly and consistently it should be made available to the deserving candidates only. Please implement UCC.

Every 4th women of cervical cancer lives in India and 70 percent of them die due to this cancer. GoI is signatory for eliminating Cervical Cancer by 2030. India has identified two approaches identified for Cervical Cancer Elimination:1. Introducing HPV vaccination amongst 9-14 year population.2. Ensuring cervical cancer screening of eligible populations to 70 percent. For 1st objective, Government of India, under your visionary leadership, intends to roll out HPV vaccination in the next few months. For 2nd one, a cervical cancer-screening program is operational but unfortunately coverage is currently only 2 % Sir, HPV based screening is available in India. Odisha has demonstrated increased cervical cancer screening to 74% by HPV DNA testing, but the costing of kit makes it difficult to adopt for this globally acceptable, easiest and most sensitive universal screening method. There is a need for budgeting HPV based screening budgeting in NHMs and reducing the cost by mass scale produ
