Transfer Policy in Government Offices Honourable Prime Minister Sir! Sir, I would like to submit a few ideas regarding the transfer policy in Government jobs. They are as follows: All the Ministries and all the departments have their Headquarters in the National Capital, Delhi. All these Head Offices located in Delhi are mostly staffed with Hindi belt like U.P., Bihar, Haryana etc. The representation from Southern States is either nil or miniscule. This may be avoided. A few Officials from South may be posted in North and vice versa. Any Ministry or Department in Delhi Headquarters may have staff from different States. It will fuel more competition, development of new ideas, improve efficiency and growth. If any Official gets a promotion, he or she should not be posted in the same place.

Freedom from Slavery of Single-Use Polythene : In 2022, India brought into effect the Plastic Waste Management Amendment Rules (2021) that banned 19 categories of ‘single-use plastics’. Of all laws and amendments passed, the ban on single use plastic has been violated the most in the past due to negligence in supervision. We thereby request Honourable PM to address this major environmental concern to the environmental and human health on the 78th Independence Day.

Subject: On the Official Language Policy in Domestic Flights Honourable Prime Minister Sir! I would like to submit the following points on the subject Official Language Policy for your kind perusal and necessary action. a. Recently, I was going by Flight to Hyderabad. The Air Hostess was explaining safety instructions and guidelines in Hindi and English. Many passengers who are travelling to Hyderabad are Telugu speaking people and many of them could not understand the safety instructions given by the Air Hostess in both Hindi and English. My humble request is that a few Air Hostess who know Telugu may be recruited who will explain the safety instructions in Telugu. b. As mentioned above a Flight to Chennai may have a few Air Hostess who know Tamil who will explain the safety instructions in Tamil. c. As such all the regional languages may be given equal importance for better understanding and national integration.

MSME entrepreneurs should also create opportunities to attain higher positions in government public sector organizations in future. Most of today's generation are the first generation to start new businesses and have little entrepreneurial spirit in them. There is a lot of interest in going to work. Opportunities should be created for them to join sector-specific public sector organizations at some point even after starting a business. Not only the exams but also the entrepreneurship mindset should create job opportunities in public sector organizations.Already the central government has appointed private sector experts as secretaries in various departments through lateral entry. This practice should be extended to many fields. In developed countries like USA, United Kingdom etc. Lateral Entry is also present in various fields. Opportunities should be provided through Lateral Entry System in India as well.Lateral Entry should be given importance in the next 8th Pay Commission.
