आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी , आज हमारे शहर बहुत तेजी से विकसित हो रहे हैं और बड़ी-बड़ी कंपनियों के हब बन रहे हैं। लेकिन यह सब देखकर मेरा मन और दिमाग अचंभित हो जाता है कि शहर इतने विकसित होने के बावजूद भी मानसून की एक बारिश में डूब जाते हैं।सड़कों पर केवल पानी दिखाई देता है जल निकासी प्रणाली बिल्कुल तबाह हो चुकी होती है। यही शहर देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को आगे बढ़ाने का कार्य करते हैं और पल भर में पानी से भर जाते हैं। इन सब के कारण बड़ी समस्याएं होती हैं यातायात ट्रैफिक, बच्चों का आना-जाना स्कूल वाहन इन जैसी तमाम समस्या उत्पन्न होने लगते हैं। क्या यही हमारे शहरों का विकास है ?
