As part of the 'Bharat Ki Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' celebrations, a series of events are being organized by the Government of India to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of India’s Independence.

Through this MyGov activity, we aim to revisit history and acknowledge our local heroes whose struggles during the Freedom Movement have not received prominence in the conventional storyline. Let's raise awareness about our freedom struggle & the unsung heroes associated with it. It’s time that the contributions of fighters like Veer Gundandhur, Velu Nachiyar, Bhikaji Cama, etc. see the light of the day.

This is your chance to tell the story that must be told and honour the freedom fighters who have played an important role in making our nation free.

Share the stories with all the details and celebrate Bharat Ki Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav with us.

हिंदू समाज के मनोबल को कम करने के आतंकवादियों के मनसूबे कभी पुरे नही होंगे। संघ ने एक निर्भीक, जुझारू और कर्तव्यनिष्ठ स्वयंसेवक खो दिया। जम्मू कश्मीर प्रांत में किश्तवाड जिले से भारत माता का सच्चा सपूत धरती माता की गोद में सौ गया। शहीद चंद्रकांत जी के जाने से क्षेत्र व समाज को अपूरणीय क्षति हुई है। भारत माँ के लाल शहीद चंद्रकांत जी को शत् शत् नमन करते हैं । ॥जय माँ भारती जी॥

अब आगे का शेष शहीद चंद्रकांत जी ने आतंकवाद के दौर में भी वहां के स्थानीय समाज का मनोबल बनाए रखने का महत्वपूर्ण कार्य किया। शहीद चंद्रकांत जी ने समाज को संगठित कर विरोधियों से सामना करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उनहोंने सेना के साथ मिलकर सहायता का कार्य बड़ी तन्मयता से किया। सेना के सहयोग के लिए दिन रात तत्पर रहते थे, जिस कारण आतंकवादी संगठनों के निशाने पर थे इसलिए शहीद चंद्रकांत जी को सुरक्षा भी प्रदान की गई थी। वे युवाओं के लिए प्रेणास्रोत थे, लेकिन अपने लिए कठोर थे। पद, प्रतिष्ठा से अलिप्त रहते हुए भी वंचितों, शोषितों, असहायों के लिए निरंतर कार्य करते रहे। उन्होंने समाज को साथ लेकर किश्तवाड में एक मंदिर का निर्माण करवाया था। आतंकवाद के समय हिंदु रक्षा समिति में भी सक्रिय रहे। एक दिन अस्पताल किशतवाड़ में आतंकवादी आये और शहीद चंद्रकांत जी पर गोलियां चला दीं। शहीद चंद्रकांत जी दुनिया से चले गये लेकिन उनके विचार आज भी समाज के युवाओ को प्रेरित कर रहे हैं। हिंदू समाज के मनोबल को कम करने के आतंकवादियों के मनसूबे कभी पुरे नही होंगे।

No. 5, Tehsil khour, District Jammu State Jammu and Kashmir "शहीद चंद्रकांत जी" आज हम आपको कहानी बता रहे हैं अपने जम्मू कश्मीर प्रांत में किश्तवाड के शेर शहीद चंद्रकांत जी की। हमे एक मित्र ने बताया कि शहीद चंद्रकांत जी कहते थे मेरे उपर तीन बार हमला हो चुका है लेकिन मैने तय कर लिया है मैं किश्तवाड छोड़कर कभी नहीं जाउंगा। साहस और स्वाभिमान के साथ कहे उनके ये शब्द रह रहकर याद आ रहे हैं ---- "सुरा सो पहचानिए, जो लड़े दीन के हेत, पुर्जा पुर्जा कट मरे, कभी न छोड़े खेत।" 'किस रज से बने हो कर्मवीर तुम' शहीद चंद्रकांत जी ने संघ का प्रथम, द्वितीय, तृतीय वर्ष का प्रशिक्षण पुरा किया था। उनका परिवार प्रारम्भ से ही धार्मिक गतिविधियों व समाज सेवा के कार्यों में सक्रिय था। शहीद चंद्रकांत जी के परिवार में उनकी पत्नी व दो बेटे हैं, बड़ा बेटा दसवीं तथा छोटा बेटा सातवीं कक्षा में पढ़ता है। शेष अगले कामेंट में....

My name is Ruturaj Sunil Lokde, age 11, and lives in Tardoka Khurd, Nanded, Maharashtra. I would like to talk about Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Subhas Chandra Bose was an Indian nationalist whose defiance of British authority in India made him a hero among Indians, but his wartime alliances with Nazi Germany and Fascist Japan left a legacy vexed by authoritarianism, anti-Semitism and military failure. The honorific Netajiwas first applied to Bose in Germany in early 1942—by the Indian soldiers of the Indische Legion and by the German and Indian officials in the Special Bureau for India in Berlin. It is now used throughout India. The ideology of Subhash Chandra Bose, that he strongly supported the complete Independence of India. In 1942, he earned the title 'Netaji', in Germany by the Indian soldiers of the Azad Hind Fauj. He was a very great and brave leader of the country, who was famous for his stringent struggle in the name of Netaji.
