As part of the 'Bharat Ki Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' celebrations, a series of events are being organized by the Government of India to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of India’s Independence.

Through this MyGov activity, we aim to revisit history and acknowledge our local heroes whose struggles during the Freedom Movement have not received prominence in the conventional storyline. Let's raise awareness about our freedom struggle & the unsung heroes associated with it. It’s time that the contributions of fighters like Veer Gundandhur, Velu Nachiyar, Bhikaji Cama, etc. see the light of the day.

please consider this,The idea of CSIR/ UGC NET and NEET is grabbing the right to educate and employment opportunities to students who are inaccessible to resources. The idea of calculating and discouraging students interest and ability with set of random difficult questions unrelated to the position of MBBS or assistant professorship is encouraged. The NET exams for the position of assistant professorship except lectureship must be done separately or by state. This rule kills the research interest in students who want to do phd with no scope for employment. while we have board exams separately for each subject why would neet be necessary. If neet is for helping students who can't afford.please give the same right to students who can afford to educate in private colleges without neet. BOTH THESE ARE HELPING ONLY BUISNESS MINDED TRAINING CENTERS AND STUDENTS WITH GOOD FACILITIES.THIS RULE IS NOT EQUALLY HELPING EVERYONE.

Anjalai Ammal is a freedom fighter from Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu. She started her political activism in 1921 with the Non-Cooperation Movement and also took part in the Salt Satyagraha and Quit India Movement. In 1932, she took part in a struggle for which she was sent to Vellore prison. She was pregnant while she was sent to Vellore prison. She was released on bail for her delivery. Within two weeks after her son was born, she was sent back to the Vellore prison. Once Gandhi came to Kadalur, but the British government prohibited him to visit Anjalai Ammal. But Anjalai Ammal came in a horse cart and visited him. Due to her courage, Gandhi called her South India's Jhansi Rani.

I would like to talk about Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Subhas Chandra Bose was an Indian nationalist whose defiance of British authority in India made him a hero among Indians, but his wartime alliances with Nazi Germany and Fascist Japan left a legacy vexed by authoritarianism, anti-Semitism and military failure. The honorific Netajiwas first applied to Bose in Germany in early 1942—by the Indian soldiers of the Indische Legion and by the German and Indian officials in the Special Bureau for India in Berlin. It is now used throughout India. The ideology of Subhash Chandra Bose, that he strongly supported the complete Independence of India. In 1942, he earned the title 'Netaji', in Germany by the Indian soldiers of the Azad Hind Fauj. He was a very great and brave leader of the country, who was famous for his stringent struggle in the name of Netaji.
