We have 4 or 6 lane national highways with road dividers. A water pipeline should be constructed on road dividers &should be connected all India.Pipeline should have water filters to remove dust and should have powerful motors (for gravity problem) to pump water. In some areas, there will be no road dividers to provide U turn for vehicles. There, pipeline should be under road. When floods occur in an area, water can be pumped into pipeline with powerful motors&can be  sent to nearest empty canal
