Budget 2020-21. 17.Budget head under Health- either ambulance facility for emergency or any TA facility to patients should be given . A new propgrame may be launched by Chief Minister "Chief Minister - Trasportation to Hospital -Programme" to provide TA facility to hill area poor people or any poor people. By this state govt. may be appreciated by people. Continued..
