On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

All the money from foreign for ngo s has been banned. Besides coveting are going on. For money from english medium schools colleges they are. Getting.. Where ate the monies are going.?? Please ban english medium in india and selling education for money. Bring free education with hindhu relegious vedja purana spiritual stories in education syllabus. India is only for hindhus. Not for other religions.

Start Whistleblower portal to collect information about corrupt, inefficient officers from Top to Bottom and further conduct departmental and SIT enquiries against them to find out illegal, disproportionate assets.

इलेक्ट्रिकल और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सामान जिस मे हमेशा से ही सुधार होता रहा है और इकोसिस्टम से संबन्धित है। हमारे देश मे जहा Led के इस्तेमाल पर सरकार जोर दे रही है वही पर बहोत से सरकारी कार्यालयों में आज भी पुराने 200 watt के फॅन और पुरानी 40+40 watt की tube जलती दिखाई देती है। यहा तक के बिजली विभाग के कार्यालयों मे भी आप देख सकते हैं। आम जनता ने LED के महत्त्व को समझ लिया है वही सरकारी तंत्र इस क्षेत्र मे फेल दिखाई देता है, ज़रूरत है ऐसे लोगों को थोड़ा सा दंडित करने की सुधार के लिए। क्या आप सहमत हैं?

प्रधानमंत्री जी,अब चूँकि रेल्वे बजेट नहीं होता कार्य डिजिटल है मगर इको नही,रेल्वे मे सुधार के लिए काम करने होंगे। सरकार ने कुछ नई ट्रेने ज़रूर शुरू की है मगर आम जनता पर ध्यान नहीं दे रही है। क्यों कि सामान्य जनता को साधारण गाड़ियों की ज़रूरत है। आप AC ट्रेन, तेजस, हमसफ़र या बुलेट ट्रेन गाड़ियां लाए तो आप पैसे वालो के साथ है सब के साथ कहां, हाँ यदि आप 300 से 500 किलो मीटर दूरी की AC ट्रेन सिर्फ चेयर कार (बैठने) के लिए वाजिब किराए में शरू करे तो अलग बात होगी, मगर ज़रूरत तो साधारण गाड़ियों की है।

In govt offices ,only lower two level works and all upper level do nothing except monitoring. Hence my suggestion is -REDUCE THE NO. OF PERSONS WHO ARE DOING ONLY MONITORING, AND INCREASE THE LOWER LEVEL WORKERS WHO ARE REALLY WORKING. Secondly in a VIP visit all machinery involve in preparatory work leaving/ignoring their routine job which badly hamper the normal working and the VIP concerned can see only the planted image of the area - So -VIP VISITS MUST BE RESTRICTED BY LIVE VIDEO INSPECT

डिजिटल इकोसिस्टम मे मोबाइल सब से उपर बैठता है मगर सरकार BSNL को दुर्लक्ष कर और निजी कंपनियों को बढावा देने की वजह से इको की बजाए सेको हो गया है। मोबाइल की कीमतें जहा कम हो रही है वही रिचार्ज की दरे बढ़ती जा रही है। रीचार्ज 1महिने से कम ना हो जिस मे 5 से 15 GB नेट और टॉक टाइम की सुविधा हो। एयरटेल,जियो के रीचार्ज 149/- से कम नही है,जो गलत है, अगर ट्राई अस्तित्व में है तो बंद कर दिखाए। सामान्य का उपयोग 1GB रोज़ नही है,तो 1 से 2GB रीचार्ज के प्लान क्यू? 10 से 15 GB के प्लान 100 रुपये से कम के बनाए।
