There should be no weightage of Ph.D. Degree in selection of post of assistant professors in university campus. Qualification for post of Asstt Prof is PG plus UGC(NET). Why 30 marks extra weightagw for Ph.D in API score. Its biggest source of corruption. Sir Why most of Ph. D. holders get fail qualifying UGC(NET)exam. Sir ph.D holder own knowledge of a tiny topic of a particular subject not extensive grip on subject concerned as a whole. So in API score in University selection Ph. D . weightage should ve of 05 points and for NET it should be 20 points.
Furthermore a NET qualified astt prof shoukd be promoted on post of associate professor and professor in same tenure and manner as Ph.D holders.
There is no correlation of Ph.D degee in field of higher education department. Ph. D holders should be oreferred recruiting them as scientists and research officers in Research n Dev wings of different department. ph.D is topc based specialisation and not of a subject in totality. Thanks.

Covid taught us the importance of Health centres in Higher Education Institutions. Nowadays Students strength increased now compared to ten years back. So,If Health issues like viral or bacterial infections may spread quickly due to increased strength. Health centers is very much needed with Doctor, nurses and lab technicians. Sick room is also very important isolation during infections. So,at the time of Accreditation,please include the above facilities before ranking. Jai hind

Sir semester system in higher education needs immediate review. Two internal two external four assessment in a year is just rubbish idea , impractical and worst system as evaluation quality very poor, academic session gets late as thete are other examinations too as back paper, supplimentary , and much more. Furthermore everyday formalities imposed as celebrate environment day, earth day, ozone day, 2 october., local festival, clean pakhvada, green pakhvada, student union , annual function, camps, advertising govtt plans, . Sir this should be scrutinised. Colleges are centre of teaching not theatres or drama . No scope of teaching in present system.
In Uttarakhand there is worst transfer policy. A person with political approach or other means get posting in sugam places throughout service and a poor man remains in durgam area whole the tenure. Sir is it justice ?
My sincere request is to poat atleast female teachers on basis of their three options.What kind of women empowermant ?

Nice topic. Sir in this system there is provision of celebrating special days, weak, pakhwara, camps, extracurricular activities etc in higher education ie degree colleges n pg colleges. All this drama consme all time of students n teachers and outcome is zero. No time left for main task of teaching n learning in these colleges. I studied in Uttarakhand . Degree college professsors are being forced to celebrate every day as a special day. It costs large budget, wastage of time and sharing photographs of cheap drama being shared in official platforms. Students have lost interest attending classes as they know there is no scope of teaching activities in colleges. X day, Y day Z day are being celebrated. No day left for teaching.
Principals are incompetant. Clercks in colleges frame their own acts , rules and constitution. They behave like chief secretary and teachers are their slaves . principal their puppet. They ask cmo certificate for grant one day medical leave. System collapsed.

आज की शिक्षा नीति में बदलाव हुआ है जो अपनी इच्छा के अनुसार प्रशिक्षण ले सके पर जिनकी पढाई हो चुकी है और अभी उच्च शिक्षा की तैयारी में लगे है, उनके लिये पहले उच्च शिक्षा के द्वारा प्रशिक्षण दिया जाय तो ठीक रहेगा क्योकि हर विद्यार्थी बाहर जाकर प्रशिक्षण नही लः सकताऔर प्रशिक्षण बडे बडे शहरो में ही रहता है। इसलिये सरकारी के द्वारा ही दिया जाय।।

9. Suggest including elaboration of the categorization of the HEIs, especially the “Specialized care stream”.
10. Suggest recognition of the HEIs’ efforts on preparedness for the future in accordance with NEP 2020.

Suggest to reduce the weightage on placement and higher education for HPE graduates; Graduates from the engineering and technical fields, have campus placements, thus the database is readily available. In health professions education, campus placement is minimum, thus requires extensive efforts to compile the placement details. Also with regards to Higher education, Medical and Dental graduates do take time to complete the training for NEET and qualify for the same. The Nursing graduates are expected to have one year of work experience before they take up masters programs.
7. Suggest reducing the weightage of faculty with PhD degree as well as the number of PhD graduated. The statutory bodies in HPE do not emphasize on the PhD degree for career progression or recruitment; thus faculty with PhD qualifications and PhD graduate outcomes are not comparable to that of the Engineering or Basic Sciences field.

3. Suggest reducing the weightage for Patents and Copyrights, as the healthcare innovations are expected to be freely available to for patient care; patenting might restrict the prevalent usage.
4. Suggest more weightage for the Standard Operating Protocols on Health Management and Innovation.
5. Suggest considering the outreach and extension activities of the Teaching hospitals specific to the delivery of healthcare, so that the public and community care rendered by the HEIs are full captured and recognized.
