sir storage would be in made in the railway land whre railway has more land near by the station it is safe and secure with PPP mode like snowman logistics company which are good in storage. Most of the railway are in rural with meter guage and broad guage connectivity. people can easy off load their goods from farm.
FCI should also been the private also that farmer, vendors and merchant can use. giving its stock limit to it and track theier data online. so it is useful in prevention inflation

For safety of food grains we should try to change the present packaging system must use good quality bags which can privent grains through moisture and rain. We KNOW PRIVIOUS GOVT.WAS HANDELED THROUGH THIEVES So they were arranging everything for good commission not for the nation and poor people of our country.
Graines should be distributed timly to the needy people and careless employees must punnished strictly as penalty for losses under their control.

FCI should not be allowed to create storage anymore. The existing storage held by FCI should also be handed over to professional private agencies for upgrade, operate and maintain. These storage services may be outsourced by FCI. Conditioned environment storage and transport coupled with processing industry is the need of hour and future. Small new storage must be created near the sources which can run utilizing local renewable energy sources such as biomass and waste.

We still do not have a proper ware housing system and if we have these are not properly maintained . It is because as their is one who is having concern towards farmers or common public. We do not have a proper distribution system. Why cannot we make warehouse on large scale specially in Punjab and Haryana where we found more wastage as food grain lying in open. I think these value chain storage can be build easily so we should not waste the effort done by farmers in critical and adverse conditi
