Dear Modi ji In this pamdemic time what I think is to fight from this corona virus is yoga and exercise only. So you are doing a great job but some people are not aware of this. As in comment section all of these are writing that you should do this or that but what I think is to aware the people from this Fit India. So I hope you will like my comment.

I want to ask how Prime Minister Sir how he manage his fitness life. At the age of 70 he is so disipline and very hardworking towards his fitness. I really love his fitness.

Fitness is multidimensional. We have to be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually fit. Physical exercises include Yoga, Pranayama, Walks, cycling, Gym training, etc. Mental and emotional fitness comes from reading good moral and self-improvement books, knowledge from teachers, parents, good friends, and self analysis. Spiritual fitness comes from devotion, faith, reading scriptures, and surrendering to God. Be alert and dedicated in cultivating all-round fitness for a meaningful life

This is the youtube channel created by me in which I share recipes which are homemade,easy to make, healthy and nutritious. All recipes are explained in Hindi. The ingredients used by me are Made in India and locally sourced. I have also showed Atmanirbhar Veg Noodles which is super easy to make, tasty and most important healthy. The noodles are Made in India. They are Multi millet noodles. So if kids want to eat noodles a very easy way to feed them. Noodles plus health.

Make Sports MANDATORY FOR ALL Children- USE THEIR ENERGY: 1). Till Xth Board child will play all sports one by one 2). After Xth he can choose the sport he is best in (similar to you choose science, Commerce after Xth). , 3). OUt of 1.3bl population - 30% youth = 40 Crores will be sports person 4). India can grab international opportunity - survival of fittest 5). MOney flowing for India (e.g. IPL, sports person country also gaining) 6). Employment - Sports Teacher, Equipment, JImnesiam
