for fitness it is not necessary to eat one apple every day, apple is made for cold area people, we need fruit which is made in our local area, also we need to change our teaching system syllabus ex we teach to children A for Apple and doctor also said need one apple every day for good health but we need to teach Like M for mango which is available in our local area, Actually apple is for cold country area fruit, in hot area country apple is not suitable fruit for their people.eat any local fruit

Namaskaram PM ji,India is bcming Diabetes/Urinal disorder capital mainly bcoz of white sugar / urea fertilized food consumption.Our traditional honey/jaggery/palm sugar must be promoted extensively to control it.this would increase local demand/benefit farmers but also people.medic mafia is controlling India's diabetes market.Ration shops shd sell only jaggery/honey/palm sugar which is rich in calcium,iron thereby we can defeat malnutrition in children.
