Dear prime minister sir we all are with you we support you. We all are indians and we never take our step back. We will do all the efforts to overcome this pandemic situation by doing many physical activities like yoga asanas, excercise, running, taking proper diet, following all rules to protect ourselves from corona virus. Dear sir Now a day's it's very much important to be fit in all aspects like mentally, physically, emotionally etc. Morning walks, excercises, yoga and Pranamaya are foremost to keep our body nd mind healthy. Eating to fullfill hungry should not be the motto when we sit for meals...it should be filled with balanced with supplements of all sorts of vitamins needed for body to growth, work,play etc. Now a day's mrkt is filled with lots of junk foods, kid's should be said

Our respected Honorable prime minister sir. Fitness not only belongs to physically it has a deep connection with mentally. एक स्वस्थ शरीर में ही एक स्वस्थ मन निवास करता है। in our country we have large numbers of schools having good sports infrastructure. If government will use those infrastructure before and after school hours it will help to improve fitness and it will also help to reduce unemployment. Our respected Honorable Prime minister sir. I would like to say that citizens Fitness plays a very important part in growth and development of every nation. Our country has a large number of schools having good infrastructures for sports. If government will use those schools infrastructure before and after school hours for conducting sports activities than I m sure it will improve large numbers of our Citizens Fitness as well as it will give job to many unemployed people. Respected Sir, we will need to be fit mentally not all time physically, I think we need both. we need to share our newsletters for women's Fitness, women's empowerment, women's achievements in every area or field. we can do campaigns for our homemakers ( Moms, sisters) because they also need about our country, our Prime minister, what are you doing for our country. Every person has their own perspective, but you can see most of the people do join the campaigns only for money.
