Sachin Sikarwar K.V. No.3 Bhopal (M.P.) 1-y-17 Yaman Sahara Estate near 11 mile Hosangabad Road My inviting suggestion for MSMEs under Public Procurement Policy that we must have to use DIC (District Industries Centres) programme at every district level to provide expert services and support facilities to the entrepreneurs those who setting up new MSME industry or business. Because it provides following benefits in MSME industries field: Employment opportunities: MSME industries provide employment opportunities in rural area especially for the traditional arts and the weaker section of society. Improves Economic Condition: by providing employment opportunities, the MSME industries provide more income to people living in rural areas which Improves economic condition in MSME sector. Mobilisation of local resources: MSME Industries facilitate mobilisation and utilisation of local resources which might otherwise remain unutilised. At the end MSME sector must have to grow unstoppably

Cdt Rubalpreet kaur khalsa College, Amritsar 2PB Naval Unit, Amritsar The term “corruption” is commonly used in everyday language, so most of us are familiar with it. What is the definition of corruption? In our minds, various images emerge. “Corruption is just another type of tyranny,” said Joe Bidden, America’s 47th Vice President. According to the statement, corruption is on par with cruel and tyrannical government rule. Corruption, on the other hand, is a struggle that a common man or woman encounters every day in order to maintain his or her fundamental rights and other benefits as human beings granted by the Constitution. Corruption in public life is a means of obtaining personal benefit .

cdt Rubalpreet kaur Khalsa college , Amritsar 2 PB Naval Unit, Amritsar Corruption has not only become a ubiquitous aspect of Indian politics, but has also become an increasingly important factor in Indian elections. The important role of the Indian state in providing services and promoting economic development has always created the opportunity to use public resources for private purposes. While government regulation of business was extended in the 1960s and corporate donations were banned in 1969, the trade of economic favours for sub-table contributions to political parties has become an increasingly prevalent political practice. . During the 1980s and 1990s, corruption became associated with occupiers at the highest levels of India's political system. Rajiv Gandhi's government has been shaken by scandals, as has the government of PV Narasimha Rao . Politicians have become so close to corruption
