India Enterprise Architecture (IndEA) Framework along with its Adoption Guide were developed and released in December, 2018. The vision of IndEA is “to establish best-in-class architectural governance, processes and practices with optimal utilization of ICT infrastructure and applications to offer ONE Government experience to the citizens and businesses”.

During implementation of IndEA as well as in the light of advancement of technology, a need was felt to revise the IndEA document and accordingly, after multiple rounds of meetings and detailed deliberations, draft InDEA 2.0 document has been formulated (report given below). India Digital Ecosystem Architecture (InDEA) 2.0 harmonizes and builds upon the architectural frameworks developed during the last few years. While codifying their principles, it provides a pragmatic approach to realize the concept of open digital ecosystems in an integrated and collaborative manner. It recommends a value-driven approach, a focus on capability building and above all, a preference to ‘enabling’ rather than ‘building’. It is an evolving and dynamic framework with continuous improvement as its mantra. The InDEA 2.0 framework enables establishing such a right balance in all the ongoing architectural initiatives and accelerates the realization of the vision of Digital India.

In the light of the above facts, it is requested to kindly review the document and provide your valuable comments/feedback on the draft InDEA 2.0 document latest by February 27, 2022

Hijab &Education There appears to be an important aspect which is overlooked by all those interested in the ongoing debate in our country. In education, a teacher's job is to make FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT and change teaching methodology to suit individual needs and learning style of the pupil. Hijab effectively prevents teacher to discharge his/her responsibility. Hijab comes in the way of implementation of all important NEP2020. The author is not a political person, but an admirer of our PM Modi.

Hon PM Shri Modi Ji, //IMPORTANT// I have been giving lots of Ideas for the Country and for BJP party which you may recollect from 2013 including need for connecting with people. Several of my suggestions has been implemented for people and Government. But it's very sad to see I had submitted grievance addressed to you through portal, by email and by India post. It's more than 98 days without Good Governance results. Reference PMOPG/E/2021/0583658 & MOCAV/E/2021/09694 I have been a patriotic citizen, and expressed in every possible ways. Even this grievance has our National Interest on National Security, National Employment Protection and eradication of Slavery administration. We got independence after many bloodshed, why we should become slaves to a foreign airline operating in India as US Bangla Airlines India Ltd? the pending issue addressed on US Bangla Airlines is it's over 98 days since I reported. Hon'ble PM ji, you are the Prime Minister of India, waiting justice

since the whole population can not be digitally literate in case of health data uploading. In our ICMR study, it was found that everyone given health ids opted for a hard copy of health data. only 6% provided health data online. hence ICMR study field testing experience, ground situation experience should be adopted by ABDM for hybrid solutions for health data. making online compulsory will exclude the majority population out and disconnected. hope the national health authority- MOHFW is sincere for benefit of people at ground level and not superficially lurky for digital

Strict rules should be implemented over Payment gateways. And boundaries should be created over them. As I am one of the victims, over lakh of others. Digital payments should have more restrictions and youngsters should be stopped by using websites which can lead them to financial fraud or victims.

The core of Digital Ecosystem should be more fundamentals ones which was not addressed so far or you might have some roadmap which needs to be accelerated: 1. Security and Privacy standards of Data - like the any domain data should be sharable based on consents from end users or ultimate beneficiaries 2. Data Retention Policies for various domains or Industries 3. Payment system like UPI or Rupay as standards for any homemade applications in order to promote Make-In-India 4. Quantum & Cloud Computing system - more Indigenous, reliable, available clouds 5. Drone Advancements strategy (in defence, Agriculture and healthcare sector as priority ones) 6. AI driven framework for all Make-In-India programs - scope to be focussed with more standardisations 7. In healthcare because of scarcity of doctors, tele-health has to be promoted with right kind of data sharing policies including bigger national level players e.g. hospitals, lab services & everyones 8. internet speed 5G network

We have come to a stage of banking systems in a moderanised way with automatic updation of passbooks through automatic printing machine systems. Thanks for the technology. We need to upgrade the same with digitalisation of pictures of the individuals also, as customers face difficulties in gaining new passbooks with updations every now and then. As the software allows every new passbook issuance is updated with particulars, along with the address and other details, respective individual picture also to be fixed as a line diagram and been authoticate by the respective officer to avoid fixation of new picture every time. This saves time, along with expense to individuals every now and then. This picture can also be fixed with a QR Code scanning of the individual when ever needed also. Please look into the possibilities and arrange to have this on board.
