• Illustrate how digital ecosystems can accelerate emergent business model designs. Take time to create a blueprint that shows how digital ecosystems provide the foundational layer to emergent business models like the gig economy, data-driven economy, on-demand economy or MSBM.
• Use as a launchpad for digital transformation initiatives. Create a digital ecosystem platform reference architecture that shows how to onboard technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain and many others.

Respected PM of India,
I suggest the GoI must explore possibilities of Block chain Technology for the proposed Digital system.
The GoI may authorize all CPSEs to be setup a digital hub in each district head quarter

In absolute terms InDEA 2.0 may address the network related issues in present system. It is supposed to be an integrated system developed with considering the shortcomings and constraints of existing system.
However, there should have been a point to point table of issues of existing system and how the proposed system is going to resolve these issues. This architecture is said to be disruptive change in this discussion paper. Why this is considered disruptive change, it shall be highlighted. We have not yet been able to fix the issues with GSTN even after 5 years of implementation. New income tax portal issues are yet to be resolved. Ultimately it is public which has to suffer. There are many functionalities which have to become operational. No government agencies would take the blame for individuals losses and pains.
Disruptive changes shall be for ease of living and not intended to give sleepless nights to public.
