This is an ecosystem of our digital economy. From this point of view all owners/stakeholders of websites/Android or IOS application must be made part of the ecosystem by default. This will ensure fake websites and applications are taken out like weeds. Innocent digital payment users are being robbed by unethical hackers. Even an international website should follow the protocol to ensure the country's economic digital safety. A country like china can invade in any manner. An international business should infact be charged a security deposit to trade electronically. Also make it compulsory for them to be part of our CSR activities if their net profits cross a threshold. They sweep away everything to their country after taking away from our pocket. What are we going to be benefited with this attitude. We being a developing nation, need a thrust to become a developed nation.

whatever system is built and worked in India can be work everywhere in world.. especially Africa and southeast Asia.. so by building appropriate cooperation with friendly stable countries can result in sharing huge cost of such projects between different governments.. and also it will improve our soft power.. also will open future market of digital infrastructure and also software services for India in foreign government sector.. of course security and confidentiality of our own interests must be kept in mind while negotiating such cooperation by keeping eye on Chinese and western factors... also if don't offer such cooperation now.. eventually china or western countries will offer.. we have align our interests with majority of world so our failure will become their failure... also we will get lead in designing digital democratic standards... also we have to beware of vested interests of some external entities.... also we have to strive for completely paperless govt service delivery

All self employed professionals, politicians, government officials, businesses men should be compulsorily pushed to have their digital accounts active to know their networth alongwith their family members/legal heirs. Any asset not mentioned in this should not be considered to be in their ownership. This will eliminate benami assets. Integrate their accounts with the ones having interest in their identities, transactions and assets. This is needed. Integration part is not mentioned in the draft. May be the same can be taken up as second level work so as to avoid dissents. First lure all individuals into digitisation, then capitalise on this idea to eliminate fraud/corruption/misdeclarations etc. More of benefits should be seen on digitisation than threats initially. Make it compulsory for above high networth individuals so as to encourage general public into this initiative. Include crypto currency/NFT holdings as well.

This initiative should also help in reducing the intervention of judiciary in future. Litigations should be minimised. It would be great idea to incorporate family tree of a person so as to avoid any kind of litigation in respect to his digital assets & liabilities. In the event of death of this person, government should facilitate smooth transition to legal heirs. There shouldn't be any litigations in future. From property papers to electricity bill to gas connection to bank accounts. Everything should be integrated well. On the event of death, it becomes so difficult to run from pillar to post to get these things done. One click should do the job. BAR council should be involved in this work. An advocate should do this work online through the portal only so as to avoid any kind of solicitation. Government empanelled advocates can do this job for fee fixed by the government. We already have digilocker concept with us. Make best utilisation of the same.

In continuation to my previous suggestion,
Options could be provided in the app for grievances & feedbacks of all the ministries in that app. As per grievances & feedbacks are concerned, they should be treated like a software client tickets. Any grievances or feedbacks should have a validity of 14 days within which if it is not resolved or taken into consideration, should be escalated to the higher authority. This should have 3 days of validity failing which it should be further escalated to their higher authorities. Likewise it can reach upto PM or President of the Nation.
Under ministry interst section & grievances & feedback section, even the state government's ministry can also be included. So that both Central & State govt.s & everything related to them will be within one app. Integrate all other existing & upcoming government app's functionalities into this one app only.
If this app is made & brought into wide use, it will empower all the citizens of the country.

My suggestion is,
Please create an app which consists of the update, ongoing projects, Vision, mission, plans, actions, functions, services, grievances & feedback system of all the ministries of the government. One App should contain all the features and functionalities of the government. It should be like government in one app. Umang app is not sufficient.
In this government app we can make each citizen create their account and register in the app using their Mobile number & Aadhar Number. First when the citizen registers & login's an option could be given as interests. All the ministries & other government functions should be given as choices of interests. Once they select their interests then all the activities, New or existing plans, New or existing schemes, New or existing laws, everything of their chosen ministry should be made available like the stories feed on Facebook.
A digital copy of the whole constitution can be provided in the app.

बजट में डिजिटल शिक्षा हेतु अलग से राशि आवंटित की जाए। एक सस्ते डिवाइस के निर्माण को बढ़ावा दिया जाए।
