Dear Modiji, raw farm products from the field directly reaching the market. If the process of the farm products happened in the field, buyers need not spend more money on processing and they can avoid the unnecessary transport costs for the farm waste.

We can see three sectors in our India. Primary, secondary and tertiary sectors. In this, secondary and tertiary sectors can get good education and good course in school and college. But primary sector will not get abundant education in school and college. So build interest in primarily in the field of primary sector. We have to create and skillfully thoughts in the field of agricultural sector. So in school and college, give one period for that and teach outside the class. Then only we can change the whole mind and keep our nation bright.

There are many unemployed youths in Villages and there is also a shortage of man power for farmers during the harvesting season. To cultivate or cut riped crops, plucking vegetables, flowers or coconut they depend on man power. Sometimes due to demand they have to pay more and engage them to do these activities. If these unemployed youths are trained and engaged to carry out these activities they will get a decent income and also farmers can quickly do their activities. A uniform rate should be fixed through the country and farmers can engage these youngsters locally. A local employment office has to be set up in each village and these unemployed youths should get them registered. Farmers should approach this office and they can book the number of youths they need and pay them directly. This will really help the farmers to get Labourers at a reasonable charges and unemployed youths can earn money on their own and support their family. Please consider to implement this suggestion.
