We should go for a multidimensional approach(socially, economically etc.)to leverage the demographic dividend. We should provide our youth a conducive environment to understand their abilities (through our education system) and utilize them through "Nation first approach".
We've seen that our youth generally opt to prepare for govt. jobs for job security so we need to give them assurance of job and future security in non-governmental fields too. Wastage of their useful time(if don't get selected) in preparing has als led to loss of their exceptional ability which would have been utilised to get better output.
We envisage for 'Human Resource Development', but it is equally important to leverage it.
#Creation of jobs as much as possible. This would help not only economic development but also social development. -->Crimes will reduce as most of people will remain busy in their private spheres.
#Females should be encourage for more future options beyond 'pink collar' jobs.
Jai hind!

National Youth Policy has been prepared by the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Government of India, which was made public and suggestions were invited from every field. The draft of National Youth Policy envisages a ten-year vision for development of youth in India which is aimed to be achieved by 2030. It is introduced aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and seeks to ‘unlock the potential of youth to take India forward’. The objectives of this National Youth Policy are in five prioritised areas – education, employment and entrepreneurship, youth leadership and development, health, fitness, sports and social justice and thus, comprehensive action must be taken for the development of youth in diverse fields.

Jai Hind Mam!
When it comes to youth we generally ignores the foundation level changes that needs to be amended as earliest.
The general problem of each and every school going student especially higher secondary level is IDEAL SCHOOLING HOURS.Schools unnecessarily operates for MORE THAN 7 HOURS DAILY (with each classes of around 55 minutes) in school is making each day hestic and decreasing the productivity and capacity to innovate. As it is the time when a student needs becomes career oriented and needs to focus on overall development and to find their inner talents rather than just spending whole time on prescribed syllabus.
The Schooling Education System is not just sufficient to prepare the students for competitive world that they are going to enter. In order to upgrade skills they need more time for self-improvement instead of spending a long period of time in school.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful , will be highly grateful to you.
