Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has prepared a strategy paper entitled “National Strategy on Additive manufacturing (AM)” for promoting various verticals of the AM sector, including machines, materials, software and designs to leverage the untapped business opportunities that will unfold in the near future.

Additive manufacturing (AM) is the digital revolution of industrial production that embraces innovation in digital processes, communications, imaging, architecture and engineering to provide digital flexibility and efficiency to manufacturing operations. India needs to adopt an integrated approach towards this emerging technology in all segments including defence and public sectors, especially within the nation’s small, medium and large-scale industries to keep pace with rapid global manufacturing prowess.

Considering the importance, the strategy aims at promoting the creation of a conducive ecosystem for design, development and deployment, and to overcome technical and economic barriers for local manufacturers to seamlessly adopt Additive Manufacturing. This is also expected to facilitate the creation of a support base of domestic manufacturers for setting up of operations with supporting ancillaries in India by foreign companies as well as Global AM leaders.

Firstly, Government should development a business-friendly environment in every city.. Without Business no Manufacturing Unit will succeed..

ഒരു ഫാമിലി ഒരിക്കൽ മാത്രം സംവരണം..ഒരു കുടുംബത്തിൽ അച്ഛനോ അമ്മക്കോ സംവരണ ആനുകൂല്യം വഴി ജോലി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും,, ആ , മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ മക്കൾക്ക് സംവരണം ലഭിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല..ഒരു ഫാമിലി ഒരിക്കൽ മാത്രം സംവരണം എന്ന നിയമം കൊണ്ടുവന്നാൽ,,സാമൂഹ്യമായി,പിന്നോക്കം നിൽക്കുന്ന എല്ലാവർക്കും ,,സംവരണം മൂലം ,,ഉയർച്ച ഉണ്ടാകാനുള്ള അവസരം ലഭിക്കും...സംവരണം ലഭിച്ചു ,,ജോലി കിട്ടിയവർ,,അഹങ്കാരം ഇല്ലാതെ കുടുംബം നോക്കുകയും..അങ്ങനെ സമൂഹം ഉയർച്ച നേടുകയും ചെയ്യും.,..... ................................. ....................

Almost all the Additive Manufacturing machines are built with or compatible with IoT technology. These facilities can be shared with more number of institutions or industries or both in order to make them utilized more effectively from remote locations also. This will save investment cost and improves the machine utilization.

With ATAL LAB initiative, all the schools are equipped with 3D Printers. These printers can also be made available to the needy industrialist or business people during the non-working times of schools for enhancing consultancy work from the schools itself. This will improve the utilization of 3D printers and the students can also involve themselves in the real time industrial scenario.

More and more number of equipment in government sector are condemned due to the non availability of spare parts. This can be rectified by remodeling those components using any CAD software and thee same can be manufactured using Additive Manufacturing. This will make all the machines and equipment in working condition and gains a good maintenance policy along with cost reduction in procuring the spare parts.

हम कैसे काम करें प्रधान मंत्री जी? हमारी फ़ाइल बिना घूस के बढ़ती नहीं और corona की ऐसी मार पड़ी है कि कमाई हो नही रही। बैंक से पैसा निकाल कर घूस दिया फिर भी फ़ाइल पास करने में आना कानी कर रहे हैं सरकारी अधिकारी। मुझे लगता है ऐसी ही स्थिति में लोग खून य ख़ुदकुशी करते हैं। कोई रास्ता नहीं दिखता। मैंने हज़ारों रोज़गार पैदा किया है और अभी भी कर सकता हूँ पर घूस का कोई रास्ता निकालें और मदद करें please help
