In all Govt projects, 3D printing technology shall be used to develop miniature of the project and study the issues before execution. This will save lot of time during construction & it will be helpful to construct without hurdles. This will give whole clear picture of "what to be construct" from top level to layman easily. Prototype 3D model shall be added in BOQ item in every tender, so contractor can claim it& both contractor & Govt shall get benefits by knowing the hurdles in adv.
