As per the recommendations made in NEP 2020, a set of standards has been developed to ensure that all students at all levels of school education are taught by passionate, motivated, highly qualified, professionally trained, and well-equipped teachers. National Professional Standard for Teachers(NPST) would help in determining the attributes of the teachers at different levels of career pathways. In addition to this, NPST focuses on preparations, practice and performance improvement of all teachers. The standards and related policies are in line with the fundamental principles given in the NEP 2020 to provide high quality education to all. NCTE was mandated by the Ministry to formulate a guiding document and platform for operationalizing NPST.

National Professional Standard for Teachers (NPST) will monitor the design of pre-service teacher education program. This could be then adopted by states and determine all aspects of teacher career management, including tenure, professional development efforts, salary increases, promotions, and other recognitions.

In this regard, a draft document on NPST has been developed by NCTE after incorporating ideas and suggestions received from experts of various domains. The draft document has been released on November 17, 2021 to invite the suggestions and feedback from all stakeholders.

महिलाओं के विवाह की कानूनी आयु पुरुषों के समान 18 से 21 वर्ष तक बढ़ाने का प्रस्ताव.. सामाजिक दृष्टिकोण से सही निर्णय है ! इससे लड़कियों को अपनी पढ़ाई पूरी करने का न केवल अवसर मिलेगा बल्कि उसे अपने अधिकार व सामाजिक तानेबाने को समझने हेतु पर्याप्त वक्त भी होगा.. इसके अतिरिक्त अब सरकार को शिक्षा व्यवस्था एवं सरकारी स्कूलों के तौर तरीकों की चूलें हिला देनी चाहिए.. आप मोनेटाइजेशन करो या बेचो, लेकिन अपनी व्यवस्था बदलनी होगी.. स्वेटर बीनने और आरामफरमोशी कि लत छुड़ा देनी है.. बड़ा आभार रहेगा.. 🙏🙏🙏

Teachers Must have a Creative Mindset. So that they may expand the creativity of the child, instead of supressing it. They must be open to ideas from children and promote artistic activities. Artistic activities severely lack in Children these days as it’s mostly seen as a ‘Hobby’. Talented Art Teachers from various fields must be trained to really work on growing the child’s creativity. At the Same time they must be in tune with the Cultural arts of Bharat and inculcate then into their work.

Education is not an end but a means to an end. Teachers for students should be trained in a way that they should understand the psychology of students. Proper monitoring of teachers training should be there so that it should be e useful to students as well as themselves. Students and teachers psychology should be monitored in a way that training of teachers become fruitful. In our country parents FIFA to get their child children's to admit in private schools rather than Government schools.

Finally, the era of chalk and talk has been vanishing from the campus. The globally accepted teacher being trained under Learn, Unlearn and Relearn process of ever-changing methods and techniques across the world. We the educators have to be armed with how to become an innovative demonstrator and the recruiting agency must keep it in mind that glass screens are replaced by board and chalks, therefore delivery and practical knowledge on the subject will be criteria for next standards o selection

If we have teacher who teach students how to deal in real life in various situations.bcoz our education is totally different.and real life different.education life have a second chance but life never gives u.today teacher tells study and get 70-80 percent marks.but they never teach u how to deal in real life when life gives u a challenge.so we need these work to do .

एनईपी 2020 की सिफारिशों के अनुसार स्कूली शिक्षा के सभी स्तरों पर सभी छात्रों को उच्च योग्य और पेशेवर रूप से प्रशिक्षित शिक्षकों द्वारा पढ़ाया जाए। राष्ट्रीय व्यावसायिक मानक (एनपीएसटी) करियर के विभिन्न स्तरों पर शिक्षकों की तैयारी, अभ्यास, प्रदर्शन में सुधार के प्रयासों पर केंद्रित है। अगर छात्रों को प्री मैट्रिक और पोस्ट मैट्रिक शिक्षा से ही व्यावसायिक शिक्षा दी जाए तो देश का युवा वर्ग नौकरी लेने वाला नहीं बाल्की देने वाला होगा भारत को फिर विकसित होने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता है
