The role of teachers for nation building are very important. They play a key role for not only making better future of students as well as our country, so the competent authorities must also think for their betterment also. As by providing them financial security, allowances, insurance, immunity. This would help ourselves for achieving the tag of 'developed country 'from 'developing country'.

Teachers should be tested at national level exam for its theorical knowledge & should also have minimum practical experience in related industry. For example a civil engineering teacher should clear GATE & have construction, design
experience of five year.

Dear Pm, I came with a complete narrative of my understanding as I experienced. many individual who r not supposed to be teachers still having their way into teachership who r not doing any justice to teaching & education. Such rotten elements must be shown the door from this noble profession to whom the responsibilities lie to construct the coming citizens of nation. A mediocrity creates a mediocre one & so the bright and best. Nation must rise above pretty politics to create an equal playfield
