As per the recommendations made in NEP 2020, a set of standards has been developed to ensure that all students at all levels of school education are taught by passionate, motivated, highly qualified, professionally trained, and well-equipped teachers. National Professional Standard for Teachers(NPST) would help in determining the attributes of the teachers at different levels of career pathways. In addition to this, NPST focuses on preparations, practice and performance improvement of all teachers. The standards and related policies are in line with the fundamental principles given in the NEP 2020 to provide high quality education to all. NCTE was mandated by the Ministry to formulate a guiding document and platform for operationalizing NPST.

National Professional Standard for Teachers (NPST) will monitor the design of pre-service teacher education program. This could be then adopted by states and determine all aspects of teacher career management, including tenure, professional development efforts, salary increases, promotions, and other recognitions.

In this regard, a draft document on NPST has been developed by NCTE after incorporating ideas and suggestions received from experts of various domains. The draft document has been released on November 17, 2021 to invite the suggestions and feedback from all stakeholders.

Hi Sir, All private schools are charging the full fee for this year since almost all classes are going in Online only just for 1 to 3 hours maximum, why they should charge the full fee. On the other side, not every citizen are doing work from home or haveing stable jobs for last two years. so it's a bit difficult to manage/arrange with fund for full amount. So I request you to do make some announcement/order as you did last year, asking them to collect only 50 to 60% of fee for this year also.

क्या हमारी शिक्षा व्यवस्था देश को सही दिशा में ले जा रही है? क्या हमारी सामाजिक व्यवस्था पूरी तरह से ध्वस्त हो गई है? परिवार में बच्चों को अपने धर्म और संस्कारों के बारे में कौन बताएगा? इन प्रश्नों के उत्तर कौन देगा? बहुत ही मुश्किल लेकिन बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। देश की पहचान देश के नागरिकों से होती है। हम भविष्य के लिए कैसे नागरिक तैयार कर रहे हैं जो खुद अपनी पहचान खो रहे हैं तो देश को कैसी पहचान देंगे

कुछ दिन पहले 'कौन बनेगा करोड़पति' के एपिसोड में एक बच्ची बहुत आत्मविश्वास के साथ प्रश्नों के उत्तर दे रही थी।एक प्रश्न उससे पूछा गया कि इनमें से कौन सी वस्तु भगवान विष्णु से संबंधित नहीं है और चार विकल्प दिए शंख चक्र गदा और त्रिशूल। सही उत्तर त्रिशूल होता लेकिन वह इस प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं दे पाई। वह हिंदू लड़की थी। उसको भगवान विष्णु के बारे में जानकारी नहीं थी। अगर स्कूली शिक्षा में धर्मनिरपेक्षता के कारण भगवान के बारे में नहीं बताया जाता तो क्या उसके घर पर भी भगवान के बारे में नहीं बताया गया?

Professional teachers should be encouraged for transfer in each 5 years, encouraged to work with tribal community and rural areas for 3 years compulsory, teachers should be engaged in counseling sessions for students, limited holidays and encourage online teaching methods, teachers should depute to government departments as a counselor to education department, family welfare,child care centre etc, in charge of or responsible for monitoring, evaluation and feed back of students, skill set promote

National professional standard of teachers should be divided into two parts 1. teaching-professional and qualified teachers and 2. non professional but no professional certification.Professional - 1. state,2. centers,3 pvt. = salaries as per state centers pvt norms , professional Certification 3. time frame for teaching 4. exposure to training, philosophical services say at calamities, National/state government surveys etc these teachers should be encouraged to work for society. हमेशा टीचर की भर्ती जल्द से जल्द होनी चाहिए जिसमें हम गुणवत्ता अच्छे से अच्छे दे सके मेरा उद्देश्य की जब व्यक्ति पढ़ाई कर पूर्ण कर लेता है जब उसमें कुछ करने की लग्न होती है और अपनी होनर भी उसी समय कॉलेज से निकलती है नौकरी मिलनी चाहिए कॉलेज की डिग्री मिलने की पहली हाथ में कॉल लेटर होना चाहिए जो कि आज की सरकार है नौकरी के लिए पांच पांच साल लगा देते हैं जिससे विद्यार्थियों का जुनून और जज्बा दोनों कमजोर हो जाते हैं इसके लिए नौकरी की भर्ती के लिए तत्काल पेपर होना चाहिए और रिजल्ट 15 से 20 दिन आना चाहि
