Inviting Suggestions on Draft India Data Accessibility & Use Policy 2022

The draft India Data Accessibility and Use Policy was published on MeitY website on February 21, 2022. Since its publication, MeitY has been receiving several comments and suggestions on the draft policy. It’s also observed that there is a need to bring in some more clarity with regard to some of the clauses in the draft policy so that the objectives of the Data Accessibility policy to enable better services is made amply clear. These clauses will be finalized after getting inputs of stakeholders in the consultation process Accordingly the draft policy document for consultations is being shared here.

Data privacy is individual decision. Some people want to become popular so they share there data. Awareness is effective tool . From school level teacher should give awareness to students which type of content they should share in insecure medium.

My dear PM, All details of ALL citizens of India should be known to the Govt as is the norm in most of developed Nations. Only then, can we provide them ALL the Services of the Govt. The country has to know who all are earning how much and are spending how much, where are they staying, how much tax are they paying. For example, Govt has to know, who all are in Ukraine and what has been their tax contribution so far. We all want Meritocracy. The Political parties like BJP field candidates during elctions based on their merit. Then why should'nt an honest tax payer be given more previleges than the people who do not pay taxes. But to decide on this aspect, We HAVE to have all the Data about every individual as is the case in all of Europe, USA, UK, Australia etc. Govt must have all details of all who have a mobile This data has to be secured. Laws would have to be made to ensure that those leaking the data are dealt with most severely.

Shall be a hassle free link  of Data management among the unemployed skilled & the institutions of their concern. Shall a free environment between Institutions providing trainings & Govt. Departments. Tax charges on data must be as per the market value & that tax must be utilized in  IT sector to provide  job opportunities. Business units &  Startups must be given an ease in  tax, as to boost such units. Experts from IT sector must gave knowledge of judicious use & legal way of utilizing Data in all sectors & must conduct a survey that will provide a clear picture of Data policy.

Gov must have access to data for policy making. Otherwise it will be worthless to store data and burn tex payer's hard earned money.
