sir, maintenance of books of account is ten times costlier than payment of tax, we need dual tax calculation method, under these we can cover retailer, wholesaler,professional-give option pay taxes without account & audit, fixed amount tax on turnover, framed by income tax calculation table,as per respective study of margin,we can enrol more tax payer due to self management, other option if tax payer need excess tax refund,he need to maintain account and audit.

Any change in the tax structure including rates should be announced at least 12 months before it takes effect and not be linked to Union Budget which gives just about a month to the payee. This will give a lot of stability to the tax regime. Regards. Sivakumar

The System of Tax verification & Payment is to be changed by the maximum simplicity of Internet & digitization. The System should be very perfect by giving the options to give assesses opinion on the returns & forms filed by him. The System is very wast & can only be simplified through low amendments & sound tax laws.

Letter to Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.
Dear Prime Minister Sh. Modi Ji,
I am a staunch supporter of yours, not because you being the head of a political party, or you possess a mass support or you are a charismatic leader, but because you being innovative, nationalist with great vision, polite but firm and finally having adaptability and acceptance of ideas of newer generation.
That’s the reason, I got motivated to write a letter to you.
My suggestions are attached.

Honerable Prime Minister sir,Electronic auction platform should be introduced to all agricultural products so that farmers will fetch higher prices and opportunities will be more for farmers and should be monitored by government using different Boards like Tea Board , Coffe Board. Initially it was declared that PMO wil be started in all states but it is not yet done but as a first step Zonal offices should be started to monitor the matters under the purview of Uniolist and concurrent list

GST on petroleum products- Please ensure that under GST, petroleum products will be taxed at a rate on value received from customer by the Refinery irrespective of quantity and unit of measurement. This will avoid unnecessary allegation from Tax dept.(as done by Excise dept. today) on matters such as duty on intermixed qty in pipeline (when same pipeline is used for movement of different products which cannot be avoided by refineries), duty on stock transfer quantity etc..

Presently petroleum products are taxed both on advaleram basis and specific basis. When duty is Specific, duty is paid on qty at Natural degree. This quantity determination at natural degree and that too where to determine- is it at Refinery gate or at the reciving end - leads to lot of litigation. Under GST please ensure that tax on all petroleum products is calculated on advaleram basis on the value received by the Refinery from its Customer. Avoid complication please....
