To the Minister,
Starting a new step we need 2 basic things financial and morale support. In this situation morale support is primary part because family, society and government support will boost the women morale to move forward without any hesitation. Our Government may provide two supports to them, first skill development programme according to her talent and 2nd financial support (loans). Women may work in groups. Boutique, Home tuition, Laundry, Cooking food, Tiffin services, and others.

There are 3 R's which can help us
Reduce the consumption
Reuse
Recycle the waste - convert organic matter to biogas and manure , recycle plastic metal glass
With the amount of garbage being generated , we cannot survive for long , we have to reduce it . China started with recycling all the metal they had , now look where they are , they got Independence after us , and still we are behind them.
Every small change starts from home

Today there are many old people / people who are dependent on others because of prolonged illness who have no one to take care but willing to pay reasonable amount to people who can assist them.
We can develope a group who will be trained as care givers. At village level a beureu can be formed which will form a interface between the care givers and the people in need. A fixed hourly rate can be finalized so that it will be of help to the society.

Bring in non convention fuel for automobile like ethanol, biogas , compressed air , solar energy, this way transportation cost can be reduced .
Grow fruit trees in Forest area and Allow local people to gather them and sell in market.
Let village females make local pickle and sell it through cooperative society
Encourage use of bicycles , in market area it will save fuel cost
Saving is equal to earning more
