As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

we all know each woman has some inherent skills and our duty to enhance those skills. e.g.- my wife is a home maker but she is good on fine art painting. So I arranged the drawing Board and painting color & brushes and encourages her to paint. She started and subsequently started making a beautiful painting. Now I will explore suitable shops where I can sell those paintings. Similar expectations I keep from others. By adopting this way we can arrange earning for Homemaker.

On contractual basis home makers can 1. monitor a nearby government school,2. take responsibility of cleanliness of a particular area for which they can hire people. 3. Can run decent , equipped day cares to support working women where Indian values and ethics to be taught to the children and they should be kept busy playing some games with a learning 4. Evening they can run sanskaar warg for children for which syllabus is designed and fixed fees can be charged Will help in nation building

we have our prestigious project named PMKVY and DDUGKY, most of the womens don't know regarding this project, invite them to the project, agency can support them in course and placement, design the course specially for homemakers in catering and agriculture as now a days these two sectors have lot of job opportunities

In our india travel a good way try to motivate woman also its getting more income to family and in our country also, like small scale country getting a product and services from different places, so that is the way to make govt motivate small scale business and opportunity separate for women to find different tings and bold of voice to our nation.

an online portal where home maker can learn new skills and update, improve the old one.... using the skills can do some handy work as in cottage industries... a new online portal where they can sell what they make.. or they can do some intellectual work like data handling, problem solver, call handler n all..

Homemaker/housewife can be encouraged to take up trading in stock market , harvesting fruits and vegetable at home , and teaching -.The main challenge for a women in India is age limit in most of the full time jobs available in India.A lawmaker can frame laws till 75 years of age however a homemaker is considered a liability if she has crossed the age of 28 and taken a break from her career.
