Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Please make necessary modifications to the CrPC and CPC to avoid issuance of BW / NBW to the Public Servants (Govt / PSU Employees (State Govt / Central Govt)) for the cases filed against them in private cases. For Police Cases also, if the Accused / Respondent is obeying the court orders and attending hearing sessions regularly, then the issuance of BW / NBW doesn't required. Except for Grave Offences (conviction for more than 7 years), in all other offences / crimes, serving the 41A notice is enough to the Public Servants and General Public. For private cases, BW / NBW should not be issued for the Public Servants as there are so many false complaints have filed and being filed before the courts to harass the honest govt employees to make them get suspended / dismissed from their job. Hence, I request you please do the needful immediately to put check for the unethical practices in the criminal proceedings under CrPC and civil proceedings under CPC. Please save the Honest Employees.

Also somewhere in newspaper I found that GenderGapIndex is too large in India which is just above IslamicNations also it's in PIB website. In a nation where we had scholars like Vidyoththama, SavitribaiPhule,Lopamudra we have such situations. You and many state govts. are trying well to introduce women graduates/diploma holders or who have skills to working environment and tap their potential for India's development but sir for full accomplishment we need to plough the citizens head with the need for women employees for India's development and how they can benefit their family as well. Also we need to put the seeds of not considering women as asset of a family but a working member of it who can also contribute a lot to the welfare of family as well.Hope you will ask various stakeholders/state govt. to focus on ads which contribute to development of skills in girls in sports & make them employable.Schooling only & getting them married at 18 years is a thick slap on development of nation.

like UP/Delhi/Maharashtra focus on their skill development or study or sports. Can't the sate govt. or even in some Central Govt. ads more promotions should be on Tapping the skils of women talents such as in the ads of UP govt. or Your own cabinet's ads..Also if a women who is diploma or graduate in BSc or Engineering and is doing the work of a tailor then a huge potential of our India is wasted in drains of radical society. Can more women employees be employed in core sectors because this is a need of modern India. Can the working hours be reduced to 6 hours from 8 hours (excluding lunches or other breaks) and the shifts can be of 4 of 6 hours instead of 3 shifts of 8hours.This may employ more candidates and women employees may also be benefited from this.Otherwise every year we waste a huge population of women whose potential can be used for mother India. Also in ads such as ISI marking women is shown to be a homemaker only but this will make Mother India's deteriorate only.

Sir, I don't know whether you will consider this or not.Our population is a combination of male and female citizens. But in case of economic activities women are mostly stopped from it, because of radical theories we adopted during kingdom and Medieval Era.Our national roots don't avoid women from financial activities but Medieval era people have made a bad impact on the roots of our culture. But now in today's world the problem is a studious or graduate girls potential is wasted as soon as she is immediately got married at 18 or during her graduation years. What she could so for the nation after that? Can't the people be made to think to get their daughter or daughter in laws married after2-3years of their diploma/graduation or say sports skill achievements, say around the age of 23 or 25.Also many state govt. focus on providing money only to let the daughters for marriage not cherishing their skill development or sports or graduation or studies.Example MP on the other hand many state gov

WHERE WASTE COLLECTION MECHANISM EXISTS, THE USERS DON'T ALWAYS SEGREGATE PADS.
SANITATION WORKERS ARE THEN FORCED TO SORT OUT THROUGH WASTE WITH THEIR BARE HANDS.
THIS TASK UNDERMINES THEIR HEALTH AND DIGNITY.
