Demonetization will wipe out unaccounted cash however it won't hurt the black money invested in real estate(70% of it).The only way to strike the black money in real estate is to align the jantri of land registry along with real rate at which the land was sold. The real rate is almost 10-15-30 times more of the jantri. One can easily know the real rate by just asking the broker or seller.Land deal reforms along with demonetization is required to flush out black money i the system.Best of Luck

dear Modiji, if we secure class rooms and court rooms - building the nation would be solid one:for class rooms- pls ensure all school payments are only though Govt portal. For court rooms, separate judges as Routine (civil) and Non routine disputes. for Routine we should have similar to IAS a selection process (i.e more employment creation) and Non routine we can have experienced panel of judges. let us clear ASAP all pending cases

I request Modiji to take one more step to control irregular accounts, having many accounts for one person. ..and buisiness or company 1.One person ...one account 2. Account number should be unique 3. Transactions can be done in any bank 4. Deposit and withdraw in any bank and any where in India 5. Can transfer the account to any bank with same account number if you are not satisfied with existing bank 6. Cash transactions can be limited for individuals or in business

dear Modiji, In Brasil, all invoices of any establishment route through govt tax web portal and get a bar code generated. this helps in : 1. no tax evasion 2. using bar code helps the payment through banks/creditcards much quicker 3. also the consumer Tax ID is also registered where in the Govtgives some cash disbursement straight into his/her bankA/c. this is more for encouraging the consumers to adopt the system.some thing we need to study. instead of tax code of customer,we link AADHAR

Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modiji, Certainly, a great and fantastic step to get the finances on track. Secondly, I had already posted on this as well as earlier on PMO, abuot solutions to traffic problmes in cities and metro - all over the country. On an average or as per my eye estimation, about 30% of the people do take a left turn at junctions and hence, I request you to kindly make LEFT TURN ESSENTIALLY FREE IN ALL JUNCTIONS/ CIRCLES ALL OVER INDIA, ESPECIALLY THE METRO CITIES.

In continuation to my earlier suggestion sent on 21.11.2016 at 1.05 pm Govt. should announce all India temp. help line No. with title CURRENCY ON DEMAND (COD), which will reach in remote areas such as taluka, villages to serve 100-200 poor people in group at one place on receiving their call. Along with GPS technology mounted on the vehicle with micro ATM facility to be handled by bank staff/ CG Staff . C.G.Depts. are already having vehicle and staff. This should be implemented immediately.

Demobilisation is a good initiative by our honourable prime minister.but to see how managers at banks are making all that black money to white taking commissions is of real conce.charted accountants are very manipulative too.frankly proper knowledge about taxation s lacking among a lot of people.commissions for everything is so rampant in our system.to register a plot or flat in total white they charge a percentage at the registration offices.frankly it pricks a lot to be a loyal citizen

Dear Modiji, can we ask each school student 2 hours per month to visit households to highlight the importance of Clean India / pollution free India.? Direct messaging and educative points delivered on a face to face basis especially by school children may get the much needed attitudinal change?

In our nation most of rules have created to affect common man. Eg. Seizing license for without Helmet bike riders and make them wasting a hole day for that problem. Make rough rules for cheating and worthless politicians and their supporters.
