There should be a check on the grievance case. There should be an option of feedback by lodger or an option of reopening the grievance case. I had raised 5 grievance cases and all cases being closed without giving any proper response. My issue was for flight refund. I had booked tickets for flights during the lockdown period but booked it before lockdown. Everyone should get refund not credit vouchers irrespective of booking dates if their travel dates fall within lockdown period

Honorable Prime Minister Mr. Modi, I really appreciate all the efforts by the Government Of India to control the Corona Crisis. I would like to suggest you to educate us more about the Home Remedies / Ayurveda Remedies that everyone can start practicing as precautions against Corona. I would also request you to promote the use of Arsenicum album 30 / Camphora 1M and the availability at nearest clinics. Thanking you for all your efforts. A Responsible Indian Citizen - Anish Lalwani (Pune)

I suggest the sacrifice of all Covid 19 warriors including all Safai karamcharis be acknowledged by giving them three months salary as bonus. They have placed their life at stake for us to live in comfort zone.

Sir, i've a suggestion that due to spread of covid19 all the authoroties of govt. select local volenteers on less paid basis so that work stress will reduce and they will help all the local people to be aware and they can take all the safety measures on the local and residential level so the sread may be reduced and govt.'s stress will also reduce and you will provide certificates or award to those volenteers By this Deshbhakti will be rise and Atmnirbharta will be developed.

Govt should bring law on two child norms irrespective of religion .All the developments prove futile due to enormous growth in population. Those not complying should be debarred from jobs, promotions, subsidies and other monetary benefits. Its the need of the hour.

Hi Sir, Looking at the positive side of COVID19, this is the best time to initiate the cleaniness awareness through out India, the bus stand, taxi stand, footpath etc. are the cleanest now, so we should create a programme to keep it clean for ever, by creating more awareness, putting more dustbins around the footpath etc. we can also create some cleaninness guideline for all the industries to keep the river and their sites clean. Jai Hind, Swatch Bharat.
