Sir, All stocks delivered to Ration shops across India(Wheat, Rice, Dhall etc) has to be with bar code to track inward and outward of stock everyday. Lot of unattended stock has been wasted everyday. Stock audit has to be done by AGS office officials and report has to be submitted to Chief minister of the state and should be routed by Chief Minister to Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Distribution. Quarterly review has to be done in stock availability in ration shops to regulate.

Self defense for school and college girls should be taught in both private and government schools and colleges to create awareness among girls. Basic self defense techniques should be taught to them to protect themselves from molestation. If possible all girls in schools and colleges should be taught Indian martial arts basics for their safety. All these can be covered by Ministry of Women and child development

Sir, we have to work on a war-like situation today for water conservation. We have to look back and understand the traditional water conservation system that we have inherited from our ancestors. At present rapid and unplanned urbanisation, making big constructions have suffocated that system. Thus, there is a need of scientific, geographically and weather realistic specialised master plans for different parts of our country. We are from Jalandhar, Punjab. We purchased a plot in 1998 in Leather complex, Jalandhar. Due to circumstances, could not start own manufacturing unit. Now Punjab Govt.is threatening to restore the plot if not started work and pay huge penalties.I request you to kindly make a policy that State Govts.should not do so but start congenial automosphere to help all type of people. Respected Sir, Congratulations and we are happy to see yourself a PM....Vande Mataram!!!! Sir, there is a fund which is given to rural areas development but actually that is taken home by Panchayat Mukhyas. No real development happens and there is no check about utilisation of funds. Amount given by Central Government do not reach common people. We request your kind intervention in this Regard so that we can make Mahatma Gandhi saying true " Real India lives in Villages".

There is no improvement in Government culture i.e. how not to do. We are paying taxes and salaries are paid to government employees. They are not performing duties at all whether it is Urban Development authorities, Corporations, Improvement trusts,Tehsil offices. I suggest your government should change all laws of English people times and all laws should be made effective from Ist January or Ist April, 2020.
