I am an educated (Post Grad in Computers) ,30 year old, unemployed person who is undergoing thousands of thoughts regarding the failure of digital india. This all is due to inefficiency of baabus (officers) as they don't even bother to look after their work. Since starting of September, I am trying to apply for the Post of a Computer Science Teacher on haryana govt staff selection website (hssc) but due to so poor website, even after being a Software Engineer I am still not able to apply

Sir, focus mainly on law and order and swiftest disposal of cases in courts. Any nation or system can survive only if law, order and courts are fast and severe justice depending on the position of the criminal. Higher the position, more severe the punishment. Also any govt officer must be considered a very high position because it is a position of privilege and trust

Make law that all private party transactions must be paid using post dated cheques from 60-90 days of transactions. Taking undue advantage of crunch during demonetization, even the rich big businessmen having positive cash flow and positive balancesheet are delaying payments to small weaker businessmen and causing economic crisis.

Please advertise regularly that all citizens can video record their interactions with any govt officer. Just as traffic cop puts fear in motorists, mere act of videorecording on cell phone will put fear in govt officers. Fear is needed when you cannot remove anyone from job. And as PM mentioning and encouraging video recording will also prevent dadagirinor threat tactics from govt officers who abuse their positions

Dear Honourable PM, A very happy Birthday to you! Respected Sir, to address the issue of unemployment and to harness the potential of those already in secure jobs, please provide a voluntary time-off for 2-3 years for permanent employees in coveted government sector, PSU and banks. This will create employment opportunities for the youth, remove promotion bottlenecks and give them a chance to spend time with their old parents, work on a start-up, follow their passion or do social service.
