Sir, Sharing some ideas for #JanShakti4JalShakti and bringing down pollution in Delhi. Verical garden at every metro pillar, which can be watered from drain water of metro Air conditioner,if technology paves the way. Thus recycling water and increasing green cover. Also, please encourage that every home to have maximum number of possible saplings in their balconies and terrace. Living in proximity of saplings will benefit individual and society, leading us towards Healthy India.

This single use plastic is byproduct of crude oil refineries. Why don't our government ask these refineries to stop supplies of such items. This can be easily monitored by govt. Why public should be fined or harresed for using such material. As you have made fine arrangements in motor vehicle act, like that these refineries should be punished heavily for such products.
