Dearest Pradhan Mantriji, I think you should keep reminding people about taking Covid seriously so as to avoid another lockdown! Further instead of upgrading the Parliament building the capital of India should be shifted to a more livable central place in India. In Delhi except the New Delhi area no other road is proper, the air is not breathable, the water is toxic and all the vegetables are stained with fertilizer. So we live like animals in Delhi amidst all this.

There are shortage of staffs in various states but states are not in position to bear the increased financial burden.Indian army also need more soldiers The defense ministry can make a deal with various states to select candidates who fulfill army requirements & have skill/knowledge as per state departments.Such candidates then can be hired with partly finance by states & partly finance by army.In emergency & for fitness army can call them & in this period army will to take full finance burden,

Every year Delhi suffers. November, concerns are showed, afterwards no significant actions. The scientific solution is tree. It will help in creating the vertical pressure. Provoke the people for plantation (although not right season). Moreover, state government should be also provoked for the plantations. If possible mandatory tree beside every road, at a special separation of 5 meters. This will also add to the revenue of states (after the export). Indeed, will also give a healthy climate.
