Land is a vital component in case of solar and wind installations but arrays of small canal and water based installation do not have this problem. Fortunately governments (central and state) are the absolute owners of these thousands of kms of small canals and distributaries of irrigation water. Think of the ants moving in symmetrical queue and carrying loads of farm produce into their underground silos. For achieving this goal, no rocket science is required and these manmade canals

Your Two of development programs are not successful which are Smart City Program and MPs and MLAs one village development program. These were very good initiatives which could have been changed the scenario in the sector. Please ask MPs and MLAs to update about the same in public forum and to PMO and concerned State CMs office.

Dear Sir Ground level party workers & government employees are not effectively working to make government programs successful. The IAS and other officers lobby is pulling back all the development and welfare works and corruption is at even lower level,i.e. Panchayat heads and members are involved in corruption at village panchayats. Make AI compulsory to restrict corruption.Employment generation at gram panchayat level, International standards Primary education and healthcare village level

If a government cannot create job opportunity and find panacea in selling in PSUs thus pushing next generation twords uncertainty and contractual jobs : where we are moving. Prior to Independence Mughals and British ruled India for nearly 500 years and our constitution punished general cast by discriminatory reservation system. If a system can't uplift the condition of SC/ST in 70years what's the use of such thing. India loose it's talent because of this system to the advantage of others.
