PM Narendra Modi looks forward to sharing his thoughts on themes and issues that matter to you. The Prime Minister invites you to share your ideas on topics he should address on the 69th Episode of Mann Ki Baat.

Send us your suggestions on the themes or issues you want the Prime Minister to speak about in the upcoming Mann Ki Baat episode. Share your views in this Open Forum or alternatively you can also dial the toll-free number 1800-11-7800 and record your message for the Prime Minister in either Hindi or English. Some of the recorded messages may become part of the broadcast.

जनहित में देश से भ्रष्टाचार को समाप्त करने हेतु संविधान में संशोधन, नये कानूनों का निर्माण तथा पुराने कानूनों में सुधार करना जनता द्वारा चुनी गई सरकार का सर्वोच्च अधिकार भी है और कर्तव्य भी है अतः देशहित में न्यायपालिका में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए न्यायपालिका में व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार को समाप्त करने के लिए पी.डी.एफ. रुप में संलग्न पत्र में उल्लेखित सुझाव को ध्यान में रखते हुए अध्यादेश या कानून के माध्यम से राष्ट्रीय एवं राज्य स्तरीय न्यायिक भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक आयोग का गठन यथाशीघ्र किया जाय

सर 27 वाँ विश्व पर्यटन दिवस है। यह परियोजना उस दिन की पूरक है। मैंने अपनी बिच्छू मानसिकता द्वारा एक अभिनव पर्यटन परियोजना बनाई है। यह भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में क्रांति लाएगा। इन योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन से पूरी दुनिया का ध्यान आकर्षित होगा और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक क्रांतिकारी नाम होगा। हमारी इच्छा है कि हमारा राष्ट्र विश्व के लिए विश्व गुरु होगा। कृपया हमें एक अवसर प्रदान करें। हम अपने लोगों के माइंड-सेट को बदलेंगे और अपने देश की छवि को एक साथ बदलेंगे।

Dear Sir, With due respect,I would like to request you to consider about basic income schemes for informal sector. The scheme should be based on without work and minimum work.The basic income must also be integrated with pf account and health insurance coverage so that basic social security is achieved.To fulfill this scheme,the central goverment should also consider state government and private sectors.

यह देखा गया है कि, महाराष्ट्र सरकार में उप सचिव से कार्य कर रहा है। क्योंकि उनके पास विभागीय पूछताछ के लिए पदोन्नति / पोस्ट / निर्णय को स्थानांतरित करने और एंटी करप्शन को अनुमति देने के लिए प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत करने की शक्ति है। कोई भी मंत्री या प्रधान सचिव अपनी सोच के अनुसार उन्हें आदेश देने में सक्षम नहीं है।

ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി സെക്രട്ടറിയിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇത് നിരീക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. വകുപ്പുതല അന്വേഷണങ്ങൾക്ക് സ്ഥാനക്കയറ്റം / തസ്തിക / തീരുമാനം കൈമാറ്റം എന്നിവയ്ക്കുള്ള നിർദേശങ്ങൾ സമർപ്പിക്കാനും തുറന്ന അന്വേഷണത്തിനായി അഴിമതി വിരുദ്ധർക്ക് അനുമതി നൽകാനും അവർക്ക് അധികാരമുണ്ട്. ആരുടെയും മന്ത്രിയോ പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ സെക്രട്ടറിയോ അവരുടെ ചിന്തയനുസരിച്ച് ചെയ്യാൻ ഉത്തരവിടാൻ കഴിയില്ല.

એવું જોવા મળે છે કે, મહારાષ્ટ્ર સરકારમાં નાયબ સચિવ દ્વારા કાર્યરત છે. કારણ કે તેમને વિભાગીય પૂછપરછમાં પોસ્ટ / નિર્ણયની બદલી / તબદીલ કરવા અને પ્રસ્તાવના વિરોધી ભ્રષ્ટાચારને ખુલ્લી તપાસ ect માટે મંજૂરી આપવા માટેની દરખાસ્તો રજૂ કરવાની સત્તા છે. કોઈના મંત્રી અથવા મુખ્ય સચિવ તેમને તેમની વિચારસરણી મુજબ કરવા આદેશ આપી શકતા નથી.
