Send us your suggestions on the themes or issues you want the Prime Minister to speak about in the upcoming Mann Ki Baat episode. Share your views in this Open Forum or alternatively you can also dial the toll-free number 1800-11-7800 and record your message for the Prime Minister in either Hindi or English. As most of the people are at home only during this lockdown period and not going outside. PM may advise them to exercise and eat less while at home. eating less improves immunity as the vital energy present in the individual is spared of extra work of digestion of food in the absence of any physical activity. Most importantly it will save the precious stock of food grains available with the country.

मोदी जी नमस्कार #इस समय देश मुसीबत में है । हम सब आपके साथ है। # मगर आपके सलाहकार बहुत बार गलती कर रहे है। #आप खुद सोचिये हमारे पास जब भोजन की कोई समस्या नही है तो जनता के खाते में पैसे भेजने का क्या औचित्य? #इस गलती के कारण बैंको में अनावश्यक भीड़ लग रही है। जिससे लॉक डाउन का उद्देश्य प्रभावित हो रहा है। # हमारे देश की 130 करोड़ जनसँख्या में केवल 2 से 2.5 लाख टेस्ट हुए है। वही अमरीका में 33 करोड़ की जनसँख्या में 1से 2 करोड़ टेस्ट हो चुके है। सागर गोयल रुड़की जिला हरिद्वार।

Hello sir, sabse pahle aapko bahut bahut dhanyabaad🙏,jo aapne hum desvashion ki suraksha k lie lockdown kiya hai aur uska dhyan rakh rahe hain ki koi tode na, mai sahriday iske lie dhanyabad karti hu.Par mujhe uske vawjood bhi kabhi kisi kam se bahar jana padta hai ya kabhi jyada news dekh lu to mujhe bahut dar lag jata hai,kbhi kbhi to dar ke meri tabiyat bigad jati hai lagne lagta hai ki..Mujhe corona ho gya,thode der bahar gayi to..Aur mujhe samjh nahi aata iss dar ko kaise bhagae. Plz help

PM Sir Pranam App ne lockdowns ko 3rd may tak kiya hai it's Good for country but civil work ko open kiya hai but telecom OSP means Fifer laying ka bhi permission hona chahiye tha ese mai App ke knowledge me le aya hu please es per gour kariyega es works me labour nahi ke barabar lagta hai all work done by machine App toh khud ek words le aza leader hai mai App ke Lok Saba Varanasi ke Tikeri Village ka karnewala hu know last 25 years se Mumbai me hu mai App ko ek bar fir Pranam

Sir sat shri akal I want to say on the miss behaviour of some full people. Now a days I'm watching some full people like Nihan singh (not all only that one how done attack on police officer, were very ridiculous, because in my religion it is not at all appreciated my any of our religion head) and the jamati (how were destroyed all the think).Why should not we can shout them or the attackers who use to attack on for fighters (doctor, police). So pls order police to shoot them to do selfdefance

Priya Modi ji, I would to share if we can show the exact location of the home shelters and the location where the food are distributed to our poor and needy people so that they are easily traceable. We can ask the state govts to advertise the location on various platforms including Aarogya setu app as well.
