There is a huge brain drain in India which is because of lesser emphasis on talent and more on qualifications and reservations. Skilled Human Resource is getting nothing in India as compared to other developed countries. Honourable Sir, Kindly look in this serious matter and take effective measures to reduce it.

Respected sir, I have some ideas by which not only people generate income but also maintain discipline ...in India ..traffic rules are pathetic..no one bother about rules ...why don't government create a portal ...where common person put traffic voilation pictures n videos ..the person putting it getting a set of income ,in terms of small income ..also just because of this you can put a stop on corruption in police department so no one spilt on ground ,no one breaks the rule

sir, India is now facing Unemployment problem. one of the reason is population. For population control I suggest following. Restrict children 1 no only to parents for volunteers.Pl give free medical, education facilities and Govt Job guarantee to such child. Many families voluntarily come forward 2.pl offer job to person whose father is willing to retire voluntarily .Father should have service of minimum 6 years. 3. change of retirement age 4. Introducing trade courses like car mechanic.

Dear Narendra modiji, Regarding online classes 1.Online classes on mobile phones, causes headache, bodyache and eye pain 2.kids are getting spectacles. 3.parents mobile phone are captured till they finish the classes 4.as its not streamed properly voice breaks noisy, if kids use head phones they are getting ear pain. suggestion is not to conduct online classes for kids upto 5th grade you tube videos or DVDs or photo copy of answer books would help.
