Stop the layoffs in IT industries for mid senior employees. I was a woman Employee in wipro from 2006 to 2018. wipro terminated / demanded my resignation and illegally terminated me. Harrassment happened from HR representatives. I had to undergo laparoscopy surgery and my Gallbladder is removed. This is still happening in wipro. Also my gratuity and PF money was not paid properly. Today,I am in the list of unemployed people. Please take necessary action against those people and help me in job.

Dear God's Gift my prime minister MODI, Please speak on plastic pollution- the wastage should be return back to same FMCG industries. eg .. In tamil nadu many food oil companies like GOLD WINNER oil for food production - the empty bag after usage of that oil should be buyback for small amount for rupees 5- 10- by which recycling of plastic cover will occur by same company. now it is not in practice. if we practice it for all FMCG product. we can reduce 70% plastic pollution.

God of India, PM, Shri Narendra Modi- Kotti Kotti Pranam ! Children are studying in Government and Private schools. They are tomorrow's citizen. Student topper in Government school has not been popularized as compare to private schools. Private schools publish their results & popularize through several digital media BUT not by government school. Syllabus and teaching methodology are same than why discrimination. my suggestion is " ONE SCHOOL FOR FUTURE GENERATION" as "Govern-vate"

Govt. should not disinvest in oil &gas sector. Earlier, these oil firms were under private foreign holders only- during the war times, 'choking' of oil supplies were faced –so these strategic energy Co.’s were nationalised. These PSE's have contributed immensely for nation building& are the revered "Maharatnas". Selling them is as good as selling the 'Kohinoor' with our own hands. Out of 6 Indian Co.’s seen in the Fortune 500 list, 4are our PSE’s. The Govt. needs to be in business for the Nation

Traffic management The major hurdle in which India lacks behind in quality of life is road traffic and accidents. It is all caused due to improper policing.the sates have less resources and they give less priority to this and this varies from sates to cities.we need to have a central traffic force (may be contract workforce) who will work together with state forces and provide uniform international level traffic management ideas and enforce rules. Some legal amendment is needed here.
