cont...so simply import from China dont suffer anything which a manufacturer has to suffer and settle kids in western country and end up retiring in western country with your wealth. Please tell us as manufacturers why should we listen to you when from past 70 years we have been suffering all these things? Dont tell or offer nationalism as excuse as we have been betrayed in name of nationalism as well by previous governments!

cont...so over a time indian business have chose to remain small, keep labour in informal state and start importing from CHINA.
its simple and convenient Why to bear overheads of labour, industrial strike, political blackmail, economic blackmail, mortgage assets and take tension, pay bribe to government at every level, suffer humiliation etc? When we should be honoured for creating jobs law of india dosent like us and neither do government or judiciary. So simply import from China.....

I want to move forward with the leadership of Hon'ble P.M with our own traditional method of agriculture, education system, social structure. In 150th Birth centenary of Mahatma it will be our promise to avoid colonial system of education, Swaraj and ending of poverty by our traditional system of education and sarboday economic model.

cont...3) unions turns to rioting in matter of minutes resulting in damage to facility and arson and neither police nor labour inspector helps 4) industrial tribunals and courts take ages to solve simple cases 5) union is often controlled by local politician who in order to shell out money from businessman induces union to strike and if businessman has taken large loan and mortgaged his home where he will go that no one cares and he is reduced to crying state and humiliated. So over a time....

Sir real reason why india couldnt expand manufacturing is as follows as a manufacturer let me tell my side....why most of indian firms are under 10 workers is due to PPF and labour union issues. We have burned our hands badly with unions and losing our homes as when union comes following things happen:-1) you cant retrench any employee due to market condition or due to misbehaviour 2) in order to stay profitable firms cant pay more then certain salary above threshold and employee dont accept VRS
