I wish to listen initiative taken for medical care of old / retarded people who don't get pention, got own house but children don't look after them, stay separate in other towns, facing problem like dementia.

Kila bandi in haryana is practiced in land revenue deptt.which helps solve many issues of border violations of agriculture plots in villages as 36×40 is the usual plot dimensions used in haryana.So one side line is maintained throughout haryana. So any plot area will have one dim.fixed of 36 and the other dimension is varied. Why this is not practiced in UP. Where is agri.land borders are violated and there is no way to check as straight line maintained in kila bandi helps identify violation.Hlp
