In 2025, the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) is placing special focus on promoting family-based care for children with special needs (Divyaang children). In collaboration with MyGov, CARA invites all Indian citizens to participate in an important national discussion on the theme:
“Non-institutionalized Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs (Divyaang Children)”

This initiative seeks to create a collaborative platform where citizens can:
1. Share insights on the challenges and barriers in the identification and adoption of children with special needs
2. Suggest innovative ideas, strategies, or solutions to strengthen the adoption ecosystem
3. Contribute to policy-making by offering actionable recommendations to ensure a loving family environment for every child, especially those currently residing in Specialized Adoption Agencies (SAAs) and Child Care Institutions (CCIs)

Your thoughtful suggestions can play a key role in shaping a more inclusive, compassionate, and efficient adoption framework for Divyaang children.

Who can participate?
All Indian citizens are welcome to join the conversation and submit their ideas.

Selected entries may be featured in national-level publications, exhibitions, and even considered in policy discussions aimed at improving the lives of children with special needs.

Every child deserves to grow up in a home where they feel loved and included, and this is especially true for Divyang children. Instead of keeping them in institutions, we should encourage families in the community to take them in and provide care. Families can be supported with training so they know how to handle the child’s needs, and regular visits from therapists or counselors can make sure the child gets professional help without leaving the comfort of home. Schools in the neighborhood should also be encouraged to welcome these children, so they grow up alongside their peers and learn to be part of society. To make this work smoothly, CARA could set up a simple system to track progress and offer guidance to families. Local leaders and volunteers can also play a role by spreading awareness and helping families who take up this responsibility. When a child grows up in a family instead of an institution, they don’t just survive—they thrive. Jai Hind.

India will be strong by attaching deprived and poor people. Their power is the India's power. Last thousands years they fought against invaders and poverty. Holding the cultural flag, they fought the enemy. It is our time to connect them. and rehabiilate them.

শিরোনাম: অবলা পশুদের জন্য সমাজনির্ভর (Community-Based) মানবিক যত্ন ও পুনর্বাসন ব্যবস্থা প্রবর্তনের প্রস্তাব বিবরণ (Suggestion): আমাদের দেশে রাস্তার অবলা পশু—বিশেষত কুকুর, বিড়াল, গরু ও অন্যান্য প্রাণী—অনেক ক্ষেত্রে খাদ্যাভাব, রোগব্যাধি, আঘাত, দুর্ঘটনা ও মানবিক অবহেলার কারণে অনিরাপদ পরিবেশে জীবনযাপন করে। শুধুমাত্র আশ্রয়কেন্দ্র-নির্ভর ব্যবস্থা এই বিশাল সংখ্যক পশুর প্রয়োজন মেটাতে সক্ষম নয়। অতএব, অবলা পশুদের সুরক্ষা ও কল্যাণে সমাজনির্ভর (non-institutional), বিকেন্দ্রীভূত ও মানবিক পুনর্বাসন মডেল প্রবর্তনের অনুরোধ জানাছি

আমি চাই চাকরি ক্ষেত্রে কোনো রকম ভেদাভেদ না করে শুধুমাত্র যোগ্যতার ভিত্তিতে নিয়োগ করা হোক। এতে শুধু মাত্র চাকরির আবেদন কারির লাভ হবেনা, যারা চাকরি প্রার্থীদের কাছে এসে সেবা বা কোনোরকম কাজ করতে চায় তাও যথাযথ ও সঠিক ভাবে পাবে। যেকোনো কাজ উপযুক্ত মানুষ যদি সম্পন্ন করে , তবে তার যথাযথ ভাবে সম্পুর্ন হয়। তাই আমার মনেহয় cast system উঠিয়ে দেওয়া প্রয়োজন, অন্ততঃ চাকরি প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে। ধন্যবাদ।

I have a suggestion that kindly merge State Co-Operative Banks,District Central Co - Operative Banks,Scheduled Urban Co-Operative Banks & Non-Scheduled Urban Co-Operative Banks. From this we do not have a small Banks & have a Nationalised & strong Banks & Banking System. This can give the Boost to the Indian Economy.

राजनीति से परिवारवाद कब समाप्त होगा आखिर भाजपा क्यों ऐसे लोगों को बढ़ावा देती है बिना किसी सदन के सदस्य रहे सिर्फ जाती और बड़े नेता के बेटा होने के कारण मंत्री पद दिया जा रहा और हम 1999 से भाजपा से जुड़े होने के बाद भी सक्रिय सदस्य से आगे नहीं बढ़ सकें क्योंकि हमारे परिवार में कोई राजनीति करने वाले नहीं हैं
