More often than is acceptable, departments and organizations publish email addresses through which people/customers should be able to contact them... but then the email addresses stop working. India incurs wasted time and effort each instance when people send an email to such a non-functioning email address. And the premise of Digital India gets undermined by such non-functioning official email mailboxes.
