Every citizen born in India comes under one of these 4 categories: A = Open, B = BC/OBC, C = SC, D = ST. Based on this classification, caste certificates are issued for a citizen several times during her lifetime for various purposes. Instead of issuing caste certificates, we can introduce Adhar Category of A, B, C or D that will go on Adhar Card based on the same classification. This will eliminate the use of caste certificates in the country forever. Reservations should remain the same.
